You can only stop it by pushing in the opposite direction and very deliberately trying to find a specific point in the neutral where your drift doesnt reoccur. Now its possible to leave the analog stick in neutral, however the deadzone is still just that little bit too small at least for the Samsung Odyssey controls as the slightest movement towards the top right corner (the direction of the drift) and the movement will keep going even after you release again to neutral. Previously the drift would be constant, unless you moved the stick to a different direction then obviously it would register the new direction, but releasing it to neutral would have the drift immediately reoccur. Its an add-on tool for the standard Steam platform that supports the likes of Windows Mixed Reality (WMR), HTC.
